Project Overview

‍KindHeart Hub is a compassionate digital platform aimed at connecting volunteers with those in need. The goal was to create a supportive network where acts of kindness could be easily facilitated and managed. The primary challenge was designing an intuitive interface that fosters community engagement while making it simple for users to offer and request help.

My Contributions

‍I led the UX/UI design efforts, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications. I worked closely with the development team to ensure the designs were implemented effectively. My focus was on creating a seamless user experience that encourages active participation and support within the community.

Key Challenge

‍Users found it difficult to navigate the platform and initiate help requests or offers, which led to low engagement. The challenge was to create a user-friendly experience that reduced friction and encouraged more interactions among users.

My Approach:

• Conducted user interviews and surveys to understand pain points and motivations within the community.

• Developed wireframes and prototypes for mobile and web, focusing on clarity and ease of use.

• Created transparent and simple workflows for users to offer or request help, increasing the community-driven interactions.
